 Open positions 

1.   Sales Support Administrator: Provides clerical support to the sales team; very strong multi-tasking and time management skills as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize as responsibilities can change on a daily basis.  Has an thoroughly understanding of  contract language, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, quotation, work orders, change orders, etc.  Can handle a large volume of paperwork.  Understand our scientific background and offerings.  Has the ability to deal with all levels within an organization.  Proficient in both Japanese/English bi-lingual verbal and written communication skills a must.

 

a.  Administrative experience, preferably within sales environment within a CRO, life science, pharmaceutical industry

b.   Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and need to be adept at learning new systems

c.   Good team player and experience with dealing with complex administrative tasks

d.   Highly organized; ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail

  

2.   Research Analyst: Learn to conduct lab activities in accordance with applicable methods, protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines under guidance from senior Analysts and Principle Investigator.  Utilize established techniques to compile and analyze data.  Document work and maintain study documentation and lab records.  Maintain effective daily lab operations.  Participate in lab duties such as lab clean up, order chemicals and supplies.

 

a.   Knowledge in use of HPLC and Mass Spectrometry.

b.   Experience in working in a regulated lab environment for method development/validation and sample analysis is preferred.

c.   Bachelors Degree in related field, M.S. Preferred, with 0-3 years industry (pharmaceutical or bio lab) experience.

d.   0-3 years working in a GLP or GMP environment.
